We are hosting this three night retreat at the very start of 2023 so that you embark on the year of your wedding feeling physically, emotionally and mentally well. The build up to your wedding is a special time and we want you to treasure that, making time for yourself - wether you chose to come on your own or with your bridesmaids, girlfriends or family - so that you feel confident, healthy and happy. Over the course of the retreat you will enjoy delicious nourishing food, daily yoga & pilates, relaxing guided meditation, expert skincare advice and bespoke wedding planning.

Itinerary

1Day 1

04:00PM - 20:00PM

We will welcome you to the property at 5pm on Monday the 2nd, following a welcome drink we will show you to your room and allow you to settle in. Our first yoga practice with guided meditation will take place in the studio this evening, followed by a nourishing welcome dinner where you will meet the team and the other ladies on our retreat.

2Day 2

07:00AM - 19:00PM

Day 2 and 3 will run on a similar schedule. Our kitchen is always open before class for those of you who need a tea, coffee or fresh juice to get yourself up and running in the morning. Our first practice of the day will be a energising pilates class - here we hope to provide you with the exercises you need to feel tall, lean, strong and toned for your wedding day! After class our chef will share a delicious wholesome brunch, this will be followed by talks on skin care preparation and wedding planning. Free time throughout the day is for you to book and enjoy treatments, hike or cosy up by the fire with a good book. Our later afternoon / evening practice is a more gentle vinyasa yoga class that will help you ease tension that builds up in our bodies during times of stress, we will come this class with a deeply relaxing meditation. A relaxed and healthy dinner will be served to close out the day together.

3Day 3

4Day 4

07:00AM - 09:30AM

Our final retreat morning. We will bring together everything we have learnt in our previous classes for this final practice. Followed by a farewell brunch ahead of departures.
