Going on a solo retreat can be a daunting feeling for some of us. The thought of booking something outside of our comfort zone and then having to go there alone - it can be enough to put us off of the whole experience all together!

But, what if you did go for it. What if you met a group of amazing women who you now speak to each week who support you. What if you found that you really love breath work or wild swimming, activities that you tried for the first time on a retreat. All of these things are true for Natalie who recently had the pleasure of experiencing The Immersion Retreat.

If you are thinking of starting a small business or you’re already an entrepreneur who’s looking to take your business to the next level, this retreat can help you get there.

We were lucky enough to experience this first hand this weekend, staying on the peaceful Pip Farm in Ashburton Devon (a short ride from Newton Abbott station). Arriving at the farm, we quickly spied the outdoor sauna, wild swimming pool and beautiful scenery of the venue. A heavenly place to switch off and reconnect to nature.

Our days started with yoga or breath work in the cosy barn before a nutritious breakfast cooked by the wonderful Djamilas Fresh Feasts. We then got into some wonderful business coaching sessions. Our first session was all around the importance of Video content for our businesses - something that was relevant to every person in the room. Everything was very interactive and all of us were bouncing ideas off of each other.

There was plenty of time for yourself too on this retreat, which was perfect. In the afternoon we had time for massages, a quick dip, journalling or if you needed to do something on your laptop there was no judgement. Everyone did what they needed to in that time.

As most entrepreneurs know, it can be lonely running your own business and this retreat really was so rich in community and connection. Thank you to Laura for bringing this group together and empowering us all to feel very safe to share.
