About The Retreat
Join us for a tech free weekend. A 4 day yoga, meditation, sound bath, vision board workshop, labyrinth walking, fire ceremony, reading, river swimming, digital detox weekend retreat. Take a much needed break from endless scrolling, social media anxiety and decreasing attention span. Retreat like it's 1999! Unplug and use this time to connect with fellow retreaters or re-connect with yourself. Experience connecting with strangers in real life, rather than over a screen, share stories, laugh, cry, put the world to right, learn something new or remove yourself from the chatter, find a cozy nook or a seat in the garden in the spring sunshine, and explore your feelings. Why not bring a book you have always wanted to read or one that you never managed to finish? Maybe revisit a childhood favourite? Being disconnected from technology will allow you to be fully immersed in the healing power of reading. Guilt free! You will be given a phone number to pass on to your loved ones in case you need to be contacted urgently. We will also give you a disposable camera so that you do not miss out on taking pictures of memorable moments. All activities are optional - This is your retreat and you can participate as much or as little as you wish. Eden Rise, in Devon, is a short walk from the Harbourne river and offers 2 converted barns and a large yoga studio. All bathrooms are shared. 5 bathrooms to be shared between a maximum of 8 guests. Your host Florence will guide you through the vision board workshop and will hold the sound bath. Florence is a sound healer from London. She graduated from the College Of Sound Healing and works with 432hz crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. Rosie will guide you through your yoga classes. Rosie is qualified to teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha and Yin Yoga as well as pranayama, breathing exercises, which are an integral part of all the classes. She currently teaches in Exeter and would love to see you on this retreat in Devon!

The large bedroom was of the highest quality. I liked that you could join in with the group activities, or go off & do your own thing. The yoga teacher stayed with us & was amazing. We did yoga twice a day which was great. Now you Florence, you made us feel welcome & provided such lovely vegan food, & organised everything, & supported us all in all are ways. I can't thank you enough.

Words don’t do the week I had justice. Florence is such a kind soul & so restful to be around. I had a fab time, met wonderful people & was able to truly unwind. Each day was paced well & a great mix of activities, free time & the opportunity to have time alone. The yoga was restorative & enjoyable. Fantastic teacher, catering to all abilities & bodies. I would recommend anyone to book a retreat.
