About The Retreat
Join us on our Himalayan Retreat. Breath in the fresh air while you walk your way into the beautiful Himalayan mountains. Hikes, good food and yoga will give you a challenging and grounding experience. This retreat is truly a spiritual and physical journey. Challenge yourself on this 8 day retreat. You will be bursting with energy at the end. Highlights include: Himalaya Hiking Trip (2 Days), Sacred temple visits and immersive daily Yoga Classes. The food on the retreat will follow a Sattvic diet, simply, means light and healthy food. It does not go to any extremes of taste – neither too sweet, nor too salty or spicy – just moderate. Plainly put, Sattvic food is that which purifies the body and calms the mind. A Sattvic diet consists of pure food (not processed) that is light in potency, and rich in prana (life force). It energizes the body and mind.

It is a wonderful place. Kuldeep has been such a good teacher. I enjoyed it a lot and learned a lot from him. You can tell that it is super important for him that the students understand what yoga is really about and that the students really improve.
