About The Retreat

Our 3 day and 2 night retreat is perfect for the person that loves yoga, and seeks comfort and warmth in winter. With scandi interiors & heated floors at The Quaives, you'll feel deeply at home with yoga on your doorstep. Suitable for all levels, we just ask that you come with an interest of yoga, self enquiry & wellness. Our chosen retreat experience this time around is Festive Wreath Making, you will get to take your wreaths home too to either hang on your door or place on your table. This retreat is ideal for the person who: - Loves yoga / mindfulness & looks forward to having time to indulge in 90min practices - Is looking for a fully immersive weekend to dive into all things holistic & self care - Wants to come along solo or with friends to be with other like minded individuals who value taking this time for themselves too

Arrivals (you are welcome to arrive from 2pm, you will receive a grounds tour as you arrive) 4-4.15pm: Group intro 4.15-4.45pm: Opening Ceremony & Intention Setting 5-6.30pm: Opening 90min Yoga Practice (Gentle Flow & Yin) with Nicola 7-8pm: Dinner 8pm+: Relax, socialise or self time to chill

Festive Wreath Making Workshop with Sheena Lunch will be served, to help yourself to during this time

Free time for massages (guests will need to pre-book these as an add on) Use of the studio, grounds, tennis courts, nature walks, fireside reading

90min Yoga Practice (Yin Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation for all levels) with Nicola

What a beautifully nourishing weekend. The whole weekend from start to finish was so carefully thought out by host retreat leader Nicola, from the hand crafted yoga classes, to the deliciously nutritious meals made by Sheena Nicolas mum, to the touching closing circle. Nicola constantly provided an inclusive, warm and relaxing environment - just what you need on a weekend retreat.
