About The Retreat
This Autumn we are very excited to welcome London based yoga teacher and trainer Katarina Rayburn, who will be joining us for the first time to share her passion of yoga. Katarina’s teaching consists of a mixture of Rocket®, Mandala Vinyasa & Dynamic Vinyasa working closely with chakra and elemental theories. This new Autumn yoga weekend retreat will give you the perfect opportunity to reset mind and body ready for the winter months ahead. On this retreat you will experience and enjoy: - A range of sessions to develop your body’s resilience including Mandala Vinyasa Flow and dynamic Rocket® yoga as well as more contemplative Yin yoga and meditation. - Nourishing plant-based meals for vital energy and health. - Bracing coastal walks to restore and recharge both body and mind. - Luxury accommodation for you to relax into. - Indulgent massages to ease away any strain and tension. - Time away from your busy life to simply unwind.
