About The Retreat

Treat yourself to this special day full of healing practices to start your summer right! We have been running this retreat now for a couple of years, and the various modalities we use really do speak for themselves, in such a powerful order to leave you feeling so much lighter and freer at the end of the day. We will be providing a banquet of food to leave your bellies very happy ones! Hypnotherapist and Yoga Teacher, Grace will guide you through a nourishing, flow based yoga class. Helping you to get out of your head and into the body. Weaving in elements of her Therapy work with meditation and gentle reminders to leave you feeling empowered from the inside out. Breathwork coach and mental health ambassador based in London, Jamie will guide you through a 60-minute conscious connected breathwork session where we'll be using the breath to access altered states of consciousness, clear & process emotional baggage, and work with the subconscious mind. Breathwork gives us a chance to fully connect with ourselves and come home. Joe will guide us through an incredible Gong Bath, which is a totally immersive mind and body experience. You can think of it as an induced meditation, but it offers so much more. A masterfully crafted gong can be an incredibly powerful tool: a uniquely resonant instrument that produces long rolling waves of vibrations with layer upon layer of rich harmonic undertones and overtones. The sound isn’t only received by your ears, but the frequencies resonate through your whole being. In this way, the music of the gong induces meditation while facilitating balancing and healing on a mental, emotional, physical, and energetic level. We have an absolute passion for Plant-based wholefoods. The one constant with our food is a focus on big flavour and maximum nutrition. There's so much complex messaging and dogma around food these days. We believe that whether you're vegetarian, vegan, mainly plant-based or an all round lover of everything edible; this is what your food should do for you

Thank you for the amazing Retreat. I felt stressed, disconnected & emotional before. After the awesome Yoga, I felt immediately lighter.
