About The Retreat
Join us for the first 'Bags & Barre' event - a mini wellness retreat in collaboration with The Retreater, Paola's BodyBarre and Blaise Ruby Loves. Fusing many disciplines including dynamic Pilates, ballet barre conditioning, functional training and low impact cardio, Paola's Bodybarre has been a hit in the UK and across the globe. The classes are in high demand across SW London. These diverse disciplines work every single muscle of the body including the deeper stabilising muscles to work you from the inside out. Paola, herself, will be guiding us through a 45 minute workout! Blaise Ruby Loves, the online consignment store where you can find a curated selection of pre-loved authentic luxury designer handbags and accessories (at amazing prices!). Blaise is exclusively bringing along some of her bags for you to see in the flesh and have the chance to purchase post your class. Enjoy a post-workout smoothie whilst browsing this wonderful selection of bags, including some travel bags perfect for your next retreat... Plus, attendees will be the first to hear about Paola's upcoming retreats and ask any questions. And finally, you'll get to take home your own The Retreater goodie bag with lots of wellness products - did someone say organic skincare!?
