About The Retreat
We’ll journal, meditate, move, breathe & eat delicious plant-based food. You’ll also experience a wonderful Kinesiology workshop & 1:2:1 muscle testing session with Kerrie. In this 1:2:1 session, Kerrie will muscle test for physical and emotional imbalances within your body. Please note: All levels are welcome on the retreat, you do not need to be an experienced yogi, however you will get the most out of the retreat if you have practiced yoga before. You will be split into two groups for the day but will have lunch & yin yoga all together. If you are attending with a friend, please let us know so you can be put in the same group. Group 1 will begin with Rosie and Group 2 will begin with Kerrie then you will switch after lunch. Please note you may not be able to choose whether you are Group 1 or 2 but please specify if you are attending with someone else so we can put you in the same group.

Rosie provided the most beautiful yoga retreat experience imaginable in Cornwall. She instantly made me feel super welcome and comfortable, especially as a solo traveller. She’s such a positive, calming influence and her yoga classes were the best combo of everything we could’ve asked for.

A wonderful chance to re-set, breathe and relax in a healthy and supportive environment. My first yoga retreat, but definitely not my last. Great venue, classes, food and friends.
