About The Retreat
Retreat with sisters Sarah and Cheryl in Ubud, Bali where we will be staying in a 3 storey luxury villa nestled in the jungle just 10 minutes from the town of Ubud. A place full of incredible wonders to explore and experience. Ubud is arguably the cultural, artistic, and holistic heart of Bali as well as offering stunning natural experiences; incredible waterfalls and rice terraces, to volcano hikes. The retreat theme will be exploring Abundance - how to manifest and tune into the abundance already in your life. What your retreat will have in store for you -twice daily, yoga, meditation and a daily fitness class. Evenings will be an offering of Yin, Restorative and sound bathing. You will be guided through a cacao ceremony, a centuries-old ritual known as the ultimate heart opener. Two workshops and two day trips will be offered during your stay, plus ample free time to relax and immerse in some time for you. Cheryl will guide you through twice daily yoga practices to nourish your body and mind through carefully crafted yoga practices; physical and meditative practices. Sarah will put you through your paces with energetic workout classes to work into your mobility, co-ordination, body and mind. The retreat is catered to all levels of physical movement we can and will cater for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. You will be encouraged to move to a level that suits your body and you can do as much or little as you wish.
