It was the perfect setting for reflection, growth and reenergising of mind body and soul. Such a beautiful location, with wonderful people and fresh food (and wine!). If you feel like you need to stop and catch your breath, find balance or just have time out it’s the perfect opportunity for anyone. Show up with an open mind and heart and you will leave feeling rejuvenated for sure! 🙏🏻

Life is all about balance and that is what this retreat is. Deep learning and growth Beautiful yoga flows coupled with gorgeous food views and wine. Love and laughter. The perfect experience. New friendships and a nourished soul - Bliss. Can’t wait for my 3rd visit.
