About The Retreat

Join lead instructor Yaz under the Tuscan sunshine for an exceptional week of fantastic food, a varied timetable of sessions and a stay on a large vineyard. Whether you're from a yoga, barre or pilates background or a mix of all three, this retreat is designed to leave you feeling uplifted, healthy and inspired. Supporting Yaz is retreat organiser and co host, Will. There will be a couple of yoga classes to enjoy with Will including dynamic vinyasa and rest and restore. This retreat improves fitness, advances your practice and allows plenty of time for rest and recovery.

Itinerary

7:00AM - 8:15AM

Sample Day: Morning Barre class

8:15AM - 9:15AM

Brunch; expect a gorgeous italian breakfast to nourish and refuel

10:00AM - 3:00PM

Free time to relax by the pool, enjoy a country walk or read a book in one of the various relaxation areas on site

4:00PM - 5:15PM

Pilates class

6:00PM - 7:00PM

Evening Meal

Who is this retreat suitable for?

This retreat is open to all students. It is desirable if you've practiced over 10 studio or online classes previously (yoga or barre or pilates).

I've got dietary requirements, who should I speak to?

After booking, you'll be contacted by Will who is happy to go through any specific requirements to ensure your dietary needs are catered for.

I've got an injury, can I participate?

Please discuss with us the extent and nature of your injury as well as any medical advice you've been given about taking part in physical practice. You will be able to enjoy a range of recovery methods during this experience, from massage to mobility classes.

Wow, I've just returned from a fantastic Barre training and experience with Yaz. What a wonderful day. I came home feeling totally refreshed from the teachings shared by Yaz.
