Frequently Asked Questions
I’m new to yoga/barre, is this a retreat for me?
We welcome all levels. It is useful to have done some yoga or movement prior to the retreat. If you’re brand new, it’s advisable to have practised at least 10 sessions before joining the retreat to give you a foundation.
I’m thinking of coming alone, is this ok?
Yes! Most guests are solo travellers and we welcome single riders! It is an opportunity for you to fully immerse yourself in your practice but also to meet like minded individuals. Guests always come away with a network of new yoga connections and stay friends beyond the retreat.
I've got another question that isn't listed here...?
Contact Will or The Retreater who will help answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Breathtaking location, well-planned classes taught by the most incredible Yaz (equally challenging and fun), delicious food, great group of people and so well organised. Thanks so much for everything! I’m now fully addicted to the retreat life.

There's not really anything that could top that week! Yaz had put so much effort into the different classes. They were well thought through and had a good amount of variety. Music was also so good!

I feel like every class was different and Yaz had designed different content for each class which kept it so interesting and fun! Her instruction was always so helpful and easy to understand.
