There are 4 x significant times of the year that present clear opportunity of new beginnings, letting go of past, and embracing a new cycle of life. Our day retreats are designed around the seasonal shifts of Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter to help you honour big shifts in your life through recognising the invitation of the elements at these points and diving into nourishing yoga practices, mindfulness tools & workshops that help you to connect with your inner and outer world on a deeper level. Join us for this wonderful Spring day retreat where you will flow through 2 yoga classes and enjoy a flower making workshop. Are you ready to blossom and step into an energetic re-birth?

Arrivals 12.45pm: Arrivals 1pm: Opening, journaling & intention setting with Nicola Rowe 1.15 - 2.45pm: 90min Mandala Yoga Practice (Water element &  Sacral Chakra focused) 2.45 - 3.30pm: Seasonal Snacks & Teas 100% Vegan 3.30-4.30pm: Seasonal Fresh Mini Bouquet Making Workshop with Tulips, Eucalyptus & Solidago with Sheena Rowe 4.30 - 5.15pm: Yin Yoga & Breathwork with Shanie Page 5.15pm - 5.30pm: Closing & end of retreat
