About The Retreat
Join Janet & Bec in Bondi Beach, Australia for a Spring Awakening Day Retreat. Spring is a natural time of renewal and emergence. As we come out of the cocoon of winter, we use the energy of spring to come alive and propel ourselves forward. This is an opportunity to release the old and step into the new. A spring cleaning for the soul! Date: Sunday, October 8th Time: 8:30am - 1:30pm Location: Bondi Pavillion - High Tide Room (Ground Floor) Please Bring: Yoga Mat, Bolster/Pillow, and any other props you love for your practice. We will do our best to teach classes with minimal props, but definitely bring a pillow or bolster for yin. The morning will be a yang style, awakening practice and the afternoon will be a yin style reflective experience. You will have a 1hr break for brunch. You are welcome to bring food or there are plenty of easy, yummy options nearby. We will provide bliss balls as a little snack :) We can't wait to spend the day with you!
