Cheryl will be guiding the Yoga part of the retreat, guiding you through energetic, sweaty Vinyasa flows, Ashtanga and gentle, calming Yin and Restorative yoga, weaving in Nidra and Nadi - sound and Gong bathing to guide you during your time on your mat.

You'll be staying in a stunning barn conversion overlooking the ponds and the deer with amazing views across the rolling hills of Devon. Set 100 yards apart within the owner’s 40-acre deer farm, nestled next to the ponds, the properties are accessed by an unmade track and provide beautiful, spacious accommodation.
