About The Retreat
An all-inclusive holistic wellness retreat in Norfolk where you'll learn 15+ powerful tools & practices that align with the demands of modern life. We take wellness seriously, but we never take ourselves too seriously. We're all about embracing the more practical side of wellbeing, while infusing our retreats with a sense of freedom, playfulness & nostalgia. We encourage you to step outside your comfort zone, try new things, and have fun. Our approach is straightforward: we introduce you to some of the most powerful tools & practices that align with the demands of modern life - think digital detox, hot/cold therapy, and breathwork, to name a few. You get to sample them and discover which ones work for you - all while having plenty of "you time" to relax, reflect, and recharge. It's wellness on your terms, not ours. Just 2 hours from London, this newly renovated luxurious retreat house is nestled in a small village surrounded by nature in the heart of Norfolk's countryside. It boasts a fully equipped yoga & mediation studio, 'zen den' snug, indoor wood-burning fire, outdoor fire pit, electric barrel sauna, wood-fired hot tub, outdoor cold shower, ice bath tub, electric bikes and more.

Working corporate jobs in big cities, our lives are so busy and serious. The retreat hosts helped me take a step back and appreciate the power of slowing down, breathing, and enjoying my surroundings.

Allowing yourself to be silly, feel connected to your inner child, and be truly present in the moment without feeling self-conscious, is such a healing experience, but unfortunately one we rarely experience as adults. I am learning to incorporate play, silliness, and nostalgia into my life in a profound way I never knew was possible prior to attending this retreat.

Charlotte and Alexi created an environment where everyone felt permission to be free, and not take themselves too seriously. Community has such a powerful effect on our minds and bodies, and our hosts did such an amazing job in fostering a sense of community among us.

Both practitioners were fantastic. They taught/instructed the group in a way that was accessible to beginners, and were more than willing to answer any/all questions. I really appreciated the fact that they stayed for the whole day even though there was no obligation to.
