Join us in this ancient landscape exploring our roots and walking in the wilderness. Feeling at one with the natural world and connecting to life source in its raw and open greatness. You will leave feeling grounded with a newfound sense that you belong to the natural world once more. A true haven that is perfectly set up for quiet yoga sessions, peaceful meditation, and walks in nature. The property itself feels as homely and comforting as the surroundings outside. Recently renovated, the rooms are simple, clean and comfortable with a mix of single occupancy and twin rooms with en-suite and shared bathroom options available. The kitchen feels like the true hub of the home with an agar and views out onto the trees and gardens. There are two yoga shalas, each with their own unique qualities. One is within the main house and feels cosy, warm, and nurturing. Perfect for deeply restorative and meditative practices. The other is within the gardens and has huge glass walls which give you a sense of space and connection to the world outside.

Itinerary

7:30AM - 8:00AM

Morning meditation walk in the grounds (weather permitting)

8:00AM - 9:30AM

Energising morning yoga practice

10:00AM - 10:30AM

Delicious morning plant based brunch post yoga

10:30AM - 3:30PM

Day activities include foraging in the wild and a day hiking out on Dartmoor.

3:30PM - 4:00PM

Return home and have a cuppa and a natter

5:30PM - 7:30PM

Evening restorative yoga session including deep relaxation and yoga nidra

7:30PM - 8:00PM

Delicious plant-based evening meal to enjoy

Will the yoga be open to all levels?

The Yoga classes on this Easter Devon yoga retreat will be split between the glass-walled garden studio and the cosy main house studio. Our 1.5hr morning yoga classes will be an uplifting and energising way to start the day and prepare us for adventures in the woods and on the moor. In the evening you will be guided through a 2 hr class based around restorative, yin and meditation practices. All classes are open to all levels and there will be options for beginners.
