The journey is designed to harmonise your nervous system, stretch beyond limitation with yoga, embody equanimity through meditation, get in touch with your essence through kriyas, invite clarity through free writing, loosen up with ecstatic dance, learn the foundations of Ayurveda ( the Science of Life ) and much much more.
Please note this is not a yoga holiday to escape your life, this is a week long retreat for you to return home, to return back to your self and what you already know, so you can take it back into your life to create more ease. Come prepared to release, expand and evolve.

You can expect wonderfully tasty, home cooked and nourishing meals with Ayurvedic approach. Vegan options are available. Every meal will be “food for the Soul” and the mealtimes a wonderful time to connect more deeply with nature and with each other.
About your host (Karin): I am a spiritual seeker and teacher. My own spiritual path has been led by my desire to have a closer connection to the spirit. I have studied many different modalities of yoga and spirituality, and my aim is to guide you home to your own being and remember the truth of who you are.
