About The Retreat

Workout Away in Mykonos is the perfect way to combine a relaxing island holiday with a fantastic fitness retreat, guaranteed to make you feel fit, strong and revived. You will stay with us for five nights and enjoy an action-packed time on one of the most famous and beautiful Aegean islands. This retreat is for you if you want to challenge your fitness and push further towards your goals. Our fitness sessions will take us to the best spots on the island. You'll love our HIIT and boot camp sessions, and there's going to be plenty of sweat! If the sound of working out with the crystal blue ocean as your backdrop sounds up your street, you'll love Workout Away in Mykonos. With you for the whole retreat is your Workout Away Group Fitness Leader, who will be on hand at any time should you need anything at all. You'll join the group on day one and enjoy this retreat as a team. This trip is also ideal for solo travellers, and we hope you're excited to meet some new friends. The Saint John Hotel & Spa is just a fifteen-minute drive from the island's only airport. A complimentary shuttle service will take you into the old town in just fifteen minutes. During your free time, stroll the old town's famous blue and white streets and be sure to stop by the iconic windmills for a pic! On an evening, Little Venice comes to life and is the perfect place to kick back after your day of workouts!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do people come alone?

Over half of our guests are solo travellers. Joining a fitness retreat is a safe bet for solo travellers because you're guaranteed to meet people with similar interests.

Do I need to be super fit to take part?

Not at all! Everybody's fitness levels are different. If you want to train hard, sure, we can help you with that. If you want to take it easier, you can do that too. Remember, all of our activities are optional. This is your holiday. Take it at your own pace and enjoy yourself!

Are meals included?

You will receive breakfast each day, and then a selection of lunches and dinners are included. We want you to feel free to do your own thing, and sometimes it's nice to take a bit of "me time." The timetable for your trip will outline which meals are included.

What's the food like?

Delicious! We have Workout Away menus in each of our destinations. They are created just for us and feature a fine pick of local cuisine.

What about alcohol, can we drink?

Of course! It's your holiday! We don't recommend that you go to the clubs and get back an hour before sunrise yoga, but its your holiday after all!

Best trip ever, everything was exceptional. From the minute we have arrived Emily went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s needs. I had enjoyed every minute of this trip. Hotel was a fantastic choice, lovely healthy brunch at bowl and dinners. The work out was so good and so much fun! I had unforgettable trip and the group of people felt like hanging out with friends. I can not wait for the next trip. I could not thank you enough Emily and Kerry for this incredible experience.
