About The Retreat
This retreat is all about balance, with three (optional) varied workouts everyday you’ll have the chance to move your body in a way that feels good and still have plenty of time to relax by the pool, eat some great food and make some new friends. Our luxury Grecian villa only sleeps 16 guests, so expect an exclusive experience, with a swimming pool, tennis court, volley ball court and beach access there’s something for everyone. Everyday our two personal trainers will be hosting a fun HIIT session, our yoga instructor will host a recovery based workout ranging from vinyasa, flow, mobility sessions and meditation, and we’ll also be offering some adventure based workouts like running, hiking, biking or water sports. This will all be captured by our resident professional photographer, so you don’t need to worry about missing out on any content.
