Feeling Stuck? Looking for Change? Join us for a one day interactive workshop where we will share simple, but mighty, tools and techniques to help support you during times of Stress and Overwhelm. Tools which will continue to support you beyond the one day workshop. In this workshop we will cover the principles and practises of Ayurveda (Body) and Metaphysics (Mind) to allow for a uniquely transformative experience, supporting you to arrive at a place of balance, ease and well-being.

Itinerary

1Day 1

9:30AM - 11:30AM

Introduction to the principles and practises of Ayurveda. The impact prolonged periods of Stress has on the nervous system and how to support ourselves during times of depletion with food, herbal remedies and daily practices.

11:30AM - 12:30PM

Nourishing Lunch.

12:30PM - 2:30PM

Introduction to the principles and practises of Metaphysics. Offering us a new perspective, tools and techniques to shift our thinking. Through opening our mindset we allow ourselves to see our unique potential and start to live a life we choose.

2:30PM - 3:00PM

Break with nourishing snacks and Ayurvedic teas

3:00PM - 3:30PM

Breathwork practises for times of overwhelm.

3:30PM - 4:30PM

Closing Circle, including question and answer session
