Join us for a day retreat in London in collaboration with FS8 studio and Fresh Fitness Food. We'll start the day with an energising 1 hour workout with the FS8 team. Combining pilates, tone and yoga for a unique full body workout, this class is low impact – big on results. FS8 has taken the best fitness and flexibility boosting elements and created a unique full body training experience that’ll have us all coming back for more every time. After our workout, we'll have some time to mingle and cool down before we settle into a 30 gong bath with sound healer Nina Gan. The vibrations of the gong enable the mind and body to fall into deep states of relaxation, by slowing down the sympathetic and raising the parasympathetic nervous system. During your mingle time, there will be delicious snacks and juices to enjoy and re-fuel provided by the nutrition expert's Fresh Fitness Food. 1 hour FS8 class

Departures from 3pm. Retreaters are also welcome to use the shower facilities before heading off.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have tried reformer pilates before?

Never been on a reformer before? Never been to a yoga class? Don’t worry, first-timers are very welcome at FS8! Our classes are designed for you to go at your own pace. Our experienced and friendly trainers are here to guide you through the equipment, exercises, and proper technique every step of the way. Only 1/3 of the class will be on the reformer machine. There will also be a quick introduction for any beginner on how to use the machine before the class starts.

What is the FS8 workout?

FS8 is all-in-one fitness with attitude. It’s a never-been-done-before offering that remixes the best elements of Pilates, tone and yoga for a complete, full-body group training experience — with none of the fluff. Combining the Pilates reformer with mat work, dumbbells and activation bands, the weekly program of workouts includes a variety of exercises to enhance muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and recovery.

Do I wear shoes during the workout?

No shoes are to be worn during your FS8 class. We do recommend wearing grip socks to ensure you don’t slip when you start to get a little sweaty. You can purchase your pair of grip socks from the front desk before you start.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring grip socks for the class and water to keep yourself hydrated!

Such a wholesome day at the Retreater day retreat event in March. Felt very welcomed and had a great time in the class. The workshop was a great addition after the class and the whole process of booking was very easy. Looking forward to my next day retreat!
