Welcome to our stress and burnout retreat, nestled within the serene Monte Japonica Farm. Here, we understand the pressures you've faced and invite you to join us in a transformative journey toward a more balanced and fulfilled life. In our fast-paced world, we often feel the need to chase after the next achievement, neglecting the importance of our own well-being. The endless meetings, mounting responsibilities, and lack of work-life balance can make it hard to focus on what truly matters. But it's time to shift that focus and priorities healing from stress and burnout. We live in an age in which we are never satisfied with where we are now. We are constantly waiting for the next promotion, the next holiday, the milestone birthday, the next salary increase or simply the weekend. Time and deadline pressure, endless meetings, intolerable stress, not enough sleep, no private life, unbearable duties, business lunches and so much more in our private and professional environment have made it significantly difficult for us to concentrate on the most fundamental aspects of our lives. It's time to heal from stress and burnout and start living a happier life. Our guides and coaches have been there and know the effects of stress first-hand. Through a series of curated workshops, we help you build a happier and healthier life where you can heal from stress and burnout. In the workshops and classes we will explore: building self-awareness, so you can understand yourself better, realigning with your core values, overcoming what’s truly holding you back through a characterization exercise, how to build healthy and sustainable habits that excite you, discovering ways to re-connect with yourself, finding Balance between Body, Heart & Mind and using the Body to destress the Mind. The food will be: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Organic, Dairy-free, Sugar conscious, Low fat, Egg-free.

From the second I entered the retreat, I felt a warm welcome and a genuine intention to help, to make the retreat the best possible for all participants. It's very clear that they do it from the bottom of their hearts and that's probably what makes the biggest impact.
