1Day 1

2:00PM - 4:00PM

Welcome to Indonesia. A private transfer will greet you at the airport and take you to your private villa retreat.

4:00PM - 5:00PM

After check in, you’ll be welcomed to Mandala House with a complimentary massage.

5:00PM - 9:00PM

After a long day travelling, enjoy a sunset yoga session before experiencing your first Indonesian dining experience.

2Day 2

8:00AM - 11:00AM

Start the day with a strong HIIT class followed by a grounding yoga session with the scenic sea views. Enjoy an energising brunch before exploring the grounds.

11:00PM - 4:00PM

Soak up the sun and enjoy a sea swim followed by a coastal walk.

4:00PM - 9:00PM

Back on the mats for a functional workout followed by some relaxing yoga and delicious local cuisine.

3Day 3

8:00AM - 10:00AM

Start the day with a signature Helios workout followed by some sunrise salutations in your yoga class. Refuel with a wholesome brunch, ready for your day ahead.

11:00AM - 2:00PM

Join us on a group hike to Uluwatu Temple.

2:00PM - 4:30PM

After your hike, relax at the villa or enjoy the beach before meeting back on the mats for your afternoon sessions.

4:30PM - 9:30PM

Enjoy an evening of workouts and yoga before a scrumptious dinner together.

4Day 4

8:00AM - 10:00AM

Start your day strong with a strength workout followed by an energising yoga. Take in the views as you enjoy a nourishing breakfast.

11:00AM - 4:00PM

Time to catch some waves and soak up the surf scene here in Uluwatu.

5:00PM - 9:30PM

Unwind with some sunset yoga and indulge in an Indonesian feast.

5Day 5

8:00AM - 10:00AM

Rise and shine with Morning HITT followed by a Vinyasa flow class. Restore with a hearty breakfast before joining us back on the board.

11:00AM - 4:00PM

Time to improve your surfing and catch those waves.

4:00PM - 10:00PM

Restore with a functional movement class followed by a calming yoga session. Enjoy trying new foods at dinner before getting ready to hit the famous Bali beach clubs.

6Day 6

8:00AM - 10:00AM

Wake up and feel energised with a sweaty workout followed by morning yoga. Enjoy your breakfast and get ready for a day in the sun.

11:00PM - 4:00PM

Enjoy one last day of surfing or experience one of Uluwatu's hottest beach clubs.

4:00PM - 9:00PM

Enjoy your last sunset workouts with a sweaty session followed by some calming Yin Yoga. As the retreat comes to an end, we enjoy one final feast and share our favourite memories.

7Day 7

8:00AM - 9:30AM

Soak up the final hours of the Bali sunshine. Start the morning with a detoxifying workout followed by an enlivening yoga class.

9:30AM - 11:00AM

Enjoy your final brunch before checking out at 11am.
