Situated between the foothills of the breathtaking Atlas Mountains, not far from the hustling and busting vibes of Marrakech. We’ll spend each of this five day wellness retreat enjoying fresh air, world class fitness and yoga classes, exquisite meals and soul-awakening adventures. 1Day 1

1:00PM - 2:00PM

Your first stop will be Marrakech, where a private transfer will greet you at the airport and whisk you off to your retreat.

4:00PM - 8:30PM

An easy evening of yoga and a wholesome dinner of traditional Moroccan healthy cuisine will prepare you for a relaxing night

2Day 2

7:00AM - 9:00AM

Wake up rested and join us outside for a poolside HIIT class followed by an energising yoga flow. Refuel with a wholesome breakfast.

9:00AM - 2:00PM

Relax by the pool or explore the grounds before joining us on the mat for a lunchtime core class. After your workout, enjoy a hearty lunch and Moroccan tea.

2:00PM - 8:30PM

Enjoy a spa treatment or a traditional hammam. There will be more workouts later in the afternoon before coming together for an evening meal filled with flavour.

3Day 3

7:00AM - 8:30AM

Begin the morning with a strong HIIT class followed by Vinyasa Yoga.

8:30AM - 9:30AM

Fuel up with a tasteful breakfast and then head out for a hike to the Atlas Mountains.

10:00AM - 3:00PM

Explore the raw beauty of the Mount Toubkal and experience a traditional Berber Village lunch.

4:00PM - 5:00PM

Head back to the villa for a calming Yin Yoga.

6:00PM - 8:30PM

Ending off the day with a relaxing banquet.

4Day 4

7:00AM - 9:00AM

Start your day with a sweaty workout followed by some grounding yoga poses. Enjoy an energising breakfast before a dip in the pool.

11:00AM - 2:00PM

Come midday, it’s time for another core-blasting workout before lunch. Enjoy some fresh bread and Moroccan salad before getting ready to head out to the famous Marrakesh Medina.

2:00PM - 10:00PM

Explore the markets and check out the beautiful Bahia palace. Regroup and enjoy your final night with the views from a Medina rooftop followed by a set menu of tasty dishes.

5Day 5

7:00AM - 10:00AM

Relax by the pool and enjoy your final breakfast before checking out at 11am.
