About The Retreat

This retreat is all about balance, with three (optional) varied workouts everyday you’ll have the chance to move your body in a way that feels good and still have plenty of time to relax by the pool, eat some great food and make some new friends. Our luxury Grecian villa only sleeps 16 guests, so expect an exclusive experience, with a swimming pool, tennis court, volley ball court and beach access there’s something for everyone. Everyday our two personal trainers will be hosting fun HIIT sessions throughout the week, and our guest coach Sophie will be teaching handstand workshops and mobility sessions. Take a day trip to Spetses where we’ll cycle round the whole island, switch off on our boat day, and test your speed at our track running sessions.

Morning HIIT on the tennis court - our personal trainers will take you through a team based workout to get you ready for the week ahead.

Full Greek breakfast - our chefs will prepare a full breakfast with juice, fruit, eggs, yogurt and more

Free time to enjoy the villa, nap by the pool, have a game of tennis, swim in the sea or take the SUPs out.

Pre-lunch stretch out in the shade led by our yoga instructor

First lunch in the villa, fresh meat or seafood with a selection of salads.

A late afternoon run along the coast line, finished with a dip in the sea. There might also be a surprise spicy finisher at the end!
