A beautifully curated yoga and positive mindset retreat in mesmerisingly beautiful, Lebanon. Batroûn is known to have some of Lebanon’s best day beach clubs, but it’s also rich in history with some of the first civilizations residing along the shores as witnessed along the Old Phoenician Walls. In the mountains of Batroûn lay ancient churches, winery's and vineyards. It is also worth noting that Lebanon is the safest country in Middle East, and Batroûn is the safest town in Lebanon. Even through history in the past 2000 years, the sea met with the high mountains hid Batroun from strife in times of war with neighbours. Self-care looks different for everybody. The theme of this retreat is: "go with the flow" - to serve your mind, body and soul in a way that will best replenish and enliven you. You can choose to do the bare minimum and potter about the house, do some light reading in the garden, or you can go sightseeing, snorkeling and drink cocktails at the infamous beach clubs. It's your choice. Yoga, Pilates, Meditation & Manifestation sessions are scheduled daily. Sound Healing and MMM (Manifestation Movement Meditation) sessions will all also be held. You can book massages, manicures and pedicures and any beauty and wellbeing enhancing treatments you like Excursions include: Hiking in the Mountains of Batroûn, Party or relax at the Beach Clubs, Surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and windsurfing. Visit Colonel Beer - Lebanon’s most popular Microbrewery (no charge). Visit The Old Phoenician Wall, the Diaspora Village, Saint Estephan Cathedral, and the El-Mseilha Fort.
