About The Retreat

Through embodied movement, dance, yoga and kriya practices you will start to see through the veils that are holding you back. Meditation and contemplation practices will bring more clarity on what you are ready to let go so you can let in the life you dream of.  It’s about yielding to our deepest selves, through attentive listening. The peeling of layers that prevent us from accessing our essence, it's getting out of the created patterns and exploring the unknown! Freedom of the unknown.  Location: Bayswater, London (Inhabit Hotel)

Itinerary

1Day 1

09:00PM - 12:00PM

Morning session will include opening circle, talk, Kriya practice followed by embodied movement

12:00PM - 14:00PM

Lunch at Yeotown kitchen ( not included ) and mindful walk

02:00PM - 17:00PM

Afternoon session will include talk, yoga flow with kriya practice , followed by yoga nidra and closing circle
