About The Retreat
Experience the beauty of the Atlantic ocean and the serenity of 275 acres of farmland, just a short flight to Lisbon or Faro followed by a 2 hour drive. During the day you’ll have space to relax, explore, wander, bike, swim, windsurf, hike, read… whatever your soul needs. A typical day will include a beautiful Vinyasa class to wake you up each morning, followed by a refreshing dip in the freshwater lake. We’ll also hold a yoga clinic for keen beans who want extra attention, so you can get practical hands-on help with a posture and deepen your practice. We’ll finish up the evening with a restorative Yin class (made even more dreamy by Siew Yue Rivaux, adjustment and massage master). There will also be a pizza party thanks to the next-level woodfired pizza oven, plus an outdoor movie night!

Frequently Asked Questions
I get hangry - is it all juices and salads?
Um no. I like food. Really good delicious food. This is a farm to fork. So if you're after fasting/juice retreat this won't be for you.
Is it ok to have a lie in and skip a yoga session if I want?
Our pet hate is being told what to do and when. So, if you want to lie in and skip a practice that is absolutely fine. It's your retreat to enjoy exactly as you want.
Do you have to be more than a beginner to come on your retreat?
Absolutely not. Come exactly as you are. The retreat will have a mixture of women of all levels from those who have never stepped on a mat before to those who practice more frequently.
Is it weird if I come on retreat alone? (Will it be awkward?)
No. Not at all. Many women come alone. What I can tell you is you'll meet some incredible women and make some good friends.
Do I need to be in really good shape to come?
No. You can decide to be a Sweaty Betty or take it easy. You do you. I give so many options that you can make things as challenging or as chilled as you like.
