1Day 1

2:00PM - 7:00PM

Hello Male! Arrive at the airport anytime and a private transfer will take you on a speed boat to your retreat. Explore the resort or enjoy a workout in your hotel gym before meeting the team for dinner.

7:30PM - 10:00PM

Enjoy your first evening together at one of six Anantara restaurants.

2Day 2

8:00AM - 10:00AM

Wake up to an invigorating beach workout and yoga with our team. Enjoy a wholesome breakfast before heading to the beach.

11:00AM - 4:00PM

Hop on a fleet of bikes or choose which of the five private islands you’d like to snorkel, paddleboard or kayak.

4:00PM - 9:00PM

Enjoy a sandy beach workout followed by a sunset yoga session. Head out with the group for a delicious meal under the stars.

3Day 3

8:00AM - 11:00AM

Wake up and get moving in your morning HITT session followed by a peaceful yoga practice and breakfast.

11:00AM - 5:00PM

Head out and explore the island. Take a boat trip to look for manta rays and turtles. Perhaps dive in and swim with the sharks!

4:30PM - 9:00PM

Meet back at the hotel for some calming yoga followed by a delicious meal.

4Day 4

8:00AM - 11:00AM

Start your day moving in your morning HITT session followed by a energising yoga practice before breakfast.

11:00AM - 4:00PM

Learn how the Maldivians look after their natural habitat with a visit to the conservation centre and a talk to marine biologists.

4:30PM - 9:30PM

Meet back at the hotel for some calming yoga followed by a delicious meal.

5Day 5

8:00AM - 10:00AM

Start your day with a strong workout session followed by an uplifting yoga practice before breakfast.

11:00AM - 4:00PM

Today is dedicated to exploring the secret spots around the islands of the Anantara. Jump on kayaks, surf on paddleboards and soak up the sun.

4:00PM - 10:00PM

Enjoy an evening yoga class before a BBQ dinner. Enjoy a cinema screening under the stars with a film classic.

6Day 6

8:00AM - 11:00AM

Rise and shine with a killer workout and some sun salutations before breakfast.

11:00AM - 5:00PM

Explore the islands on one of the hotel paddle boards, jet skis or, kayak around nearby secret beaches and lagoons. Simply relax, take a sun-lounger by the pool watching the sun go down over the beach.

4:00PM - 9:00PM

Meet back at the hotel for some sunset yoga followed by a delicious meal.

7Day 7

7:00AM - 11:00AM

Wake up for your final strong session followed by a deep stretch in your morning yoga session. Enjoy your last breakfast and say goodbye to your new friends before checking out.
