About The Retreat
Join us on this wonderful adventure in Norfolk over the Bank Holiday weekend. The venue is a well renovated and established eco-retreat centre and is powered by 90% renewable energy. There are 21 acres of grounds to explore and all kind of natural nooks and crannies to hide away and read a book. There is so much to indulge your senses in over this retreat, from wild swimming to row a boat on the boating lake to hiding out in the Japanese zen garden. The grounds have also been re wilded so they host a huge array of flora and fauna, offering perfect meditation spots for connecting to nature. With yoga twice a day and glorious nutritious food you will leave feeling super fit and healthy!
