About the teacher /
Sara unrolled her mat for the first time at the age of 17 and since then her practice has never left her. She likes to weave different styles and approaches to working with the body, mind and spirit into her classes. She has grown to love teaching the more introspective practices, such as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, for their powerful methods when it comes to easing chronic pain and tension in the body, balancing emotions and building mental resilience.
