About The Retreat

Four days to nourish your mind and body with the practices of hatha, yin, yoga nidra and meditation. Reconnect with nature on a beautiful hike through the hills along the river and learn how we can affect our planet positively with an introduction to permaculture session followed by a hands on activity in the gardens. Learn to release tension in the body and channel your creativity with our ecosomatic dance and art workshop, nourish your body with 3 delicious vegetarian/vegan meals, detox your body with a sauna or enjoy some downtime by the salt water pool. About the teacher / Sara unrolled her mat for the first time at the age of 17 and since then her practice has never left her. She likes to weave different styles and approaches to working with the body, mind and spirit into her classes. She has grown to love teaching the more introspective practices, such as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, for their powerful methods when it comes to easing chronic pain and tension in the body, balancing emotions and building mental resilience. About the retreat centre / Suryalila Yoga Retreat Centre in Andalusia, Spain, is the perfect place for a relaxing, nourishing, warm and friendly escape. As a guest you can enjoy your yoga practice in one of their beautiful studios, stay nourished with their renowned organic vegetarian buffets, relax by the salt water pool, or indulge in a massage. All this and more set in magical surroundings with epic views.
