I've never tried surfing before, can I still join?
✓ Absolutely! The Surf Package is an optional add on. ✓ No surf experience necessary - you will have a dedicated surf coach ✓ Your surf coach - will provide you with hands on instruction in the water, ensuring you get to surf the best waves suited to your ability ✓ Swimming ability - you must be able to swim if choosing to add on the surf package
Is there time for rest & relaxation?
There is plenty of time on the retreat for you to enjoy some free time. There is free time scheduled into the daily program. Remember, this is Your Retreat. We provide you with the space to take what you need. You can choose to take part in as much or as little of the retreat. We encourage participants to join the classes, but if you feel that your body needs to rest, take it.
What level of yoga do I need to be at?
✓ Classes are carefully curated to allow you to develop your practice. Modifications & advanced options will be offered during classes. ✓ Beginner (haven’t tried yoga before but I’d like to start) ✓ Advanced (have a strong & consistent practice & would like to learn & develop)
