About The Retreat
Exclusive yoga retreat for moms and their young kids, offering a safe and tranquil space where both of you can relax, recharge and reconnect. This retreat is situated in Portugal’s Algarve coast and offer daily planned experiences for moms, including guided yoga practice, meditation, workshops and restorative treatments, along with daily childcare onsite.

Yoga class for moms + workshop

Mid-morning snack for children with carers

Brunch for the mothers without children

Children’s lunch is served with careers present

Carers leave (babysitting available for those needing extra "me time" or during wellness treatments)

Afternoon free to relax onsite, explore Algarve or wellness treatments

What’s Included
6-night stay at the Villa with a private apartment for mom and child
Daily morning yoga class for moms from Monday to Friday
2 Mom & Child workshops per week (art craft, cooking or baby/kids yoga)
Woman's circle with cacao ceremony for moms
2-3 children’s workshops per week incl creative children’s programme every morning for 3-4 hours (if you have a treatment we include your childcare for longer).
Delicious vegetarian meals prepared with locally grown in-season vegetables and fruits by Mind the Mom private chef
Children’s meals prepared separately to include weaning foods and child-friendly dishes
Daily cleansing juices / smoothies, unlimited snacks and fruits, unlimited herbal teas and water

Are cribs available for children in the villa?
Yes, we can provide a crib for an extra fee of 80€
