Energising Morning Yoga: Join our coaches for a morning power yoga session with breathwork practice - or simply enjoy a lay in, you deserve it.

Breakfast: Time for a buffet style breakfast with a selection of fruits, protein pancakes and more.

Your first optional training session of the day: A choice between doing HIIT or a more team- based session led by our Women's Health Specialist Raquel and our coach Nichol.
10:00AM - 11:00AM
Downtime: There is plenty of opportunity on your trip to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Whether you want to lay by the pool, meet other mamas, explore the river or simply take a siesta - the choice is all yours!
12:00PM - 1:00PM
Lunch: Enjoy a moroccan-themed buffet style lunch, freshly prepared with local ingredients by our site chefs. All of your meals are included, and designed to support your goals on the retreat.
1:00AM - 2:00PM
Time for one of the many MumTreat workshops with our specialist – expect seminars and workshops on areas like pelvic floor health, training with your cycle and science backed nutrition – always accompanied by a great cup of tea or coffee.
2:00PM - 3:00PM
It's time for another session in the open air training barn, this could be bodyweight strength or a team workout over the 5 days. Your comprehensive training schedule is completely optional.
3:00PM - 5:00PM
Is there any better feeling than taking a shower after a busy day and drying in the sun with a sangria in hand? Enjoy more down time and reset for your evening ahead.
5:00PM - 10:00PM
Drinks, dinner and games at the bar. Take time to enjoy a well earned cocktail (or two) with new friends after a Caribbean-themed buffet style dinner. Did we mention a cocktail night with live music?
