About The Retreat

After an incredible first retreat on the coast of Ecuador, we have been overwhelmed by the transformation and intrigue that it has cultivated. So in a very organic way we have created a truly incredible compacted version of the experience. We are about to embark on the first, here in The Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico (Jaymi, my partners homeland) The next stop is London and we could not be more excited than to be teaming up with Michelle Varchione for what is to be sure an event you don't want to miss! We will be embarking on a journey to awaken the Nectar within by using the following ingredients: Shamanic Breathwork Cleansing Ritual Cacao + Rapé (Nasal Tobacco) Ceremony Live Medicine Music Yoga Pachamama Offering Throughout our time spent in the Americas, from vision Quests to initiations with masters from various indegenous lineages, the homecoming is here! Michelle was actually Nico's first Yoga Teacher (one that was really good!) and to now have this opportunity to combine all we have been doing into one epic day truly fills my Heart with tremendous amounts of Joy! This Retreat is for anyone who is interested and keen on indulging in the magic of nature, an opportunity to re encounter the self, pure spirit. We will be working to peel back layers, overcome boundaries and challenges, release trauma - all encapsulated in a very sacred and holistic manner.
