Frequently Asked Questions
Who's it for?
This retreat is for anyone who wants to re-wild and relax. We welcome everyone of any ability - just come with an open heart and mind. To get the most out of our yoga retreats, we recommend taking part in at least 3/4 yoga classes before joining.
Do I need yoga/paddle boarding experience?
Not at all! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just finding your paddleboarding/yogi legs you are very welcome. We just ask that you can swim 50 metres.
Do I need equipment?
Paddleboarding: Boards and buoyancy aids are provided. Please bring your own wetsuit (and water shoes if you would like them). If it's warm I'd recommend wearing activewear for the SUP yoga, but if you'd like to wear a wetsuit please do! Yoga: All equipment is provided, but if you would prefer to bring your own mat please do. For the rest of the time: Bring comfortable activewear for the morning classes + more comfy, warm clothing for the evening practice. For the walks: Waterproofs + warm layers, good walking shoes or boots are recommended. For the water, please bring a swimming costume and water shoes if you'd like them.
