The days start in silence with a yoga session. After breakfast (in silence) we will continue with three meditations, of which the first you will be guided into. The other two shorter meditations will be in silence, with small breaks in between. Afterwards there will be time for sharing and feedback and some extra teachings on the topic of meditation.
The afternoons are free to make a lovely hike, to rest and to enjoy, and there is room for individual sessions (see: Personal Coaching). In the evenings there will be a yoga session before and a meditation in silence after dinner.We will celebrate New Year's Eve with a 5-course dinner and a bonfire. On New Year’s day we will organise a lovely walk in the surrounding nature.
All classes and activities are optional. There is space to be together or to enjoy your private space. In the afternoons there is also the possibility of an individual session (see: Personal Coaching).
