Over the course of the retreat you will enjoy wholesome nourishing food, daily yoga & pilates, relaxing guided meditation, expert skincare advice, treatments and massages. The venue is one we have used 10+ times now, it never lets us down - beautiful grounds, a stunning studio and gorgeous rooms.
Jessica (your host) has experience hosting health and wellness retreats worldwide. Working as an Osteopath and teacher / trainer in many of the world-leading Health & Wellbeing establishments Jessica brings together passion and a lot of learnings to create these transformative Retreats.
