About The Retreat
Stunning beaches, ancient towns and secret coves. This Grecian retreat is perfect for anyone who loves to immerse themselves in nature. The eco location prioritises sustainability, with chic minimalist rooms, rustic materials and plenty of light and lush scenery. It’s also literally a stone’s throw from the beach, so there will be plenty of opportunities to grab a sun lounger or windsurf! Just a short drive to the beautiful coastal town of Noussa, you’ll have ample opportunity to explore the local shops and gorgeous cafes. You’ll leave feeling sunkissed, salty and re-energised – we promise.

Free time, to explore. A stone throw away from the beach, grab a sun lounger or even a wind surf. Visit the local costal town Noussa with beautiful shops and cafes. You’ll also have copious opportunities to explore the gorgeous island, indulge in a dreamy massage or take a dip in the ocean.
4:00PM - 5:30PM
Yoga and Pilates practice - evening, mindful Pilates and deep, dreamy Yin and massage.
6:00PM - 8:00PM
Supper - one thing we need to shout about when it comes to our Paros retreat is the food. If you’re a foodie, we guarantee you’ll be in heaven. The Greek-Indian fusion meals are vegan and vegetarian, with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the organic gardens. Yum.

I get hangry - is it all juices and salads?
Um no. I like food. Really good, delicious food. One thing we need to shout about when it comes to our Paros retreat is the food. If you’re a foodie, we guarantee you’ll be in heaven. Is it ok to have a lie in and skip a yoga/pilates session if I want?
Our pet hate is being told what to do and when. So, if you want to lie in and skip a practice that is absolutely fine. It's your retreat to enjoy exactly as you want.
Do you have to be more than a beginner to come on your retreat?
Absolutely not. Come exactly as you are. The retreat will have a mixture of women of all levels from those who have never stepped on a mat before to those who practice more frequently.
Is it weird if I come on retreat alone? (Will it be awkward?)
No. Not at all. Many women come alone. What I can tell you is you'll meet some incredible women and make some good friends.
Do I need to be in really good shape to come?
No. You can decide to be a Sweaty Betty or take it easy. You do you. I give so many options that you can make things as challenging or as chilled as you like.
A memorable, life changing experience. It would be an understatement to say that it’s been an incredible week– it’s been that and so much more! Thank you so much for an amazing week of yoga in this incredible location with the most beautiful, authentic and diverse group of women.
I get a lot out of Steph’s classes and enjoy them so much that I attend a minimum of three times a week. Do you realise what an amazing week you gave us? I will cherish it for a long time!
