Frequently Asked Questions

I’m new to yoga, is this a retreat for me?

We welcome all levels. It is useful to have done some yoga or movement prior to the retreat. If you’re brand new, it’s advisable to have practised at least 10 sessions before joining the retreat to give you a foundation.

I’m thinking of coming alone, is this ok?

Yes! Most guests are solo travellers and we welcome single riders! It is an opportunity for you to fully immerse yourself in your practice but also to meet like minded individuals. Guests always come away with a network of new yoga connections and stay friends beyond the retreat.

I've got another question that isn't listed here...?

Contact Will or The Retreater who will help answer any questions or concerns you may have.

The retreat with Will went above and beyond what I expected. Perfectly pitched teaching which was inclusive, connected, creative and beautifully delivered in a clear, precise way. He made everyone welcome and having done my fair share of a few yoga retreats over the years - this left me wanting more! I came away, as did everyone feeling calmer, healthier and stronger.
