About The Retreat

Join our retreat held in the Langeberg Mountains of the Southern Cape, South Africa. We always wanted to create a Back to Earth experience, a space for Root Chakra healing and came up with a beautiful name that holds our intention - “Re - Wilding”. It allows us to get to the root of our Worldly problems: feeling unsafe, uncertain about the future, needing to compete for survival, fear of endings and changes, disconnection, separateness and ‘not belonging’. We invite to explore all of them in a safe environment so you can make a conscious contribution to Healing of the Collective Consciousness. Your venue is hand picked to make sure it reflects our values and creates an authentic experience where we can beautifully integrate with the energy of the space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have any yoga experience?

Our retreats are designed to welcome people from all walks of life and are suitable for all abilities, even for those with no experience in yoga practice. Each retreat has an intention behind it and the program varies, yet our main goal is to make it accessible. We work on balancing nervous and endocrine systems, deepening connection to intuitive practice and relaxation of body and mind.

Do you offer mixed retreats or women only?

We started as ‘a women only’ retreats. However as of January 2023 we opened our doors to all. We strive to create a very safe environment where respect for personal space is one of the key values. Please refer to our brochure to learn more about our values.

For destination retreats do you offer packages with flights?

When it comes to our destination retreats, similar to UK we only give you a price of a package that includes the retreat itself, accommodation and meals. There is usually an additional cost for transfers and flights. We always try our best to assist with arranging transportation or finding the right flight itinerary (if necessary) but we don’t offer a service of flight booking.

For destination retreats, will there be free time to explore the culture and surroundings?

Absolutely! We always create an immersive program yet leave time for you to simply be. We call it “reflection time” during which you can journal, sleep, walk around and explore your surroundings.

Do I have to have a horse riding experience for South African retreat?

Whether you have horse riding experience or not, you will have a very special time connecting with these animals and benefit from this healing connection. All of the practices we do are accompanied by at least one or two experienced riders, who follow a 5 step holistic approach to establish a connection between a rider and a horse. Only when both feel comfortable, a riding session will occur. There is always guidance and never pressure to either.

I came back from the 10 day retreat in Bali feeling deeply rested. There was a perfect balance of structured activities (yoga, meditation and sacred geometry), time to explore the local area and a few special surprises such as a Banya sauna ceremony. The hosts were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. I look forward to joining another retreat.

Just came back from the retreat in Montenegro! It's one of those experiences that is hard to put into words. You have to live it, to feel it and then understand it a little bit better. These retreats create a space for you to be, not just exist and it will be as good as you allow it to be.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! Absolutely fantastic yoga retreat, everything planned to perfection, from activities, locations, moon cycle, food and atmosphere. I am very difficult to please but with all my honesty I couldn’t fault anything.
