Dynamic Meditation - each day we open with the same meditation that includes movement, voice and stillness. This becomes a take away practice that you can continue at home.

Embody & Flow - a thematic and exploratory approach to yoga and movement that supports you to drop into your body's wisdom. You can expect movements that layer, build and repeat that inspire the curved, fluid nature of your human form. There is generous space for structured guidance, intuitive movement, tension release, and rest with the intention to bring regulation to your nervous system and open into the mystery of life.
12:00PM - 2:00PM
Free time. Melt your bones in the hot tub or take a revitalising cold plunge, hike in the moors, read a book in the forest, book in for a treatment, journal by the fire or take a nap.
2:00PM - 4:00PM
The Embodied Nervous System workshop - Learn how your nervous system is in a continual conversation with your body, your environment and your relationships. Fern will share how feeling states such as anxiety, fatigue, irritability and more are not just random experiences but an indication of the neurological pathways your body is operating within. This will feed our work over the course of the weekend to help you return to regulated states of joy, beauty and connection.
