The workouts are all the unique and effective - low impact, low stress but high burn. We are not about boot camps here, we want you to take away tips and routines that are sustainable in everyday life. The workouts are for all ages and all fitness levels, it works for beginners and athletes.
The sunset de-stress session will be all about elongating and relaxing the muscles, whilst calming the central nervous system down. After a few days of this you're going to feel like a new person.
