About The Retreat
This retreat is all about energising and nourishing your body and mind. We want you to leave the villa feeling strong, relaxed and recharged. This trip is all about teaching you how to feel the best physically and mentally as you can whilst slowing down and learning how to de-stress. The workouts are all the unique and effective - low impact, low stress but high burn. We are not about boot camps here, we want you to take away tips and routines that are sustainable in everyday life. The workouts are for all ages and all fitness levels, it works for beginners and athletes. The sunset de-stress session will be all about elongating and relaxing the muscles, whilst calming the central nervous system down. After a few days of this you're going to feel like a new person. The atmosphere we aim to create is friendly, supportive and relaxed. Come and join us in Mykonos!

7:00AM - 8:00AM
A sample day. Wake up - Rise and shine! Time to wake up slowly and sit in the rising sun
8:30AM - 9:20AM
Workout time - GS Method class. Every class will be different and leave you feeling energised and ready for your day
9:30AM - 10:30AM
Brunch - Enjoy a nourishing post workout brunch in the sun
10:30AM - 4:30PM
Free time for you or 1-1 private sessions. Time for massage, sunbathing, paddle tennis, 1-1 boxing, beach walks!
5:00PM - 6:00PM
Sunset de-stress class - a mixture of stretching and breathwork to wind down the day
7:00PM - 8:30PM
Sit down dinner prepared by the Villa's chef

A boat trip to the beautiful islands of Delos and Pathos. Half a day on a lovely boat exploring the old ruins of Delos and the beautiful crystal clear waters near Pathos
An evening in Mykonos town to explore the beautiful cobbled streets and the iconic windmills
A sunset trip to the infamous Scorpios
