Experience and enjoy, restorative yoga & meditation sessions to reset mind & body, daily pilates sessions to improve your core strength. Running sessions from our top Tri athlete and coach, developing techniques just right for you. Spectacular coastal walks and runs that will leave you feeling recharged. Unwinding with a full body massage and relaxing with your feet up by the warm open fire. This wellbeing retreat is an in-depth, yet fun retreat that will pull together many aspects of your life, leaving you feeling fabulous, strong, and assertive.
