About The Retreat

Throughout the retreat, you will enjoy daily mind-body practices, including yoga, meditation, and gong bath sessions designed to promote relaxation and restore balance to your digestive system, a one-to-one consultation with our expert nutritionists, and enjoy indulging in delicious meals specifically designed by our gut health chef to help you beat the bloat and feel lighter. Our retreat home is a wellness sanctuary, where you will find a heated indoor swimming pool, infra-red sauna, home cinema, roaring fireplaces and lots of cosy places to snuggle up and read a book or have some me time.
