About The Retreat
Four nights and five days, in our beautiful retreat home, situated in the hills of Deia. Mindful movement is at the heart of this retreat. World-class teachers and wellness experts join us to create a unique experience, offering a mindfully-curated program, including daily movement of dynamic and classical Pilates with Lizi, along with yoga and meditation, suitable for all levels. Lizi works with a variety of plant based chefs, offering a farm - to - table experience, using local, seasonal produce bringing you the taste of the Mediterranean.

Is it just women or can men also join?
For now, Lizi's retreats are women only

All Covid-19 Terms and Conditions will be sent to you prior to booking
Do we travel with our own mat or do you provide mats?
Most retreats we provide the mats, however, this depends on each retreat. We will confirm nearer the time of the retreat when we send our packing list.
Do we practice everyday?
Yes. We move our bodies mindfully everyday in a morning and evening class
What level do I need to be to join?
Our retreats are suitable for all levels
Is everything compulsory?
Not at all. The retreat schedule is optional.
