Escape to the Tuscan hills for a time to unwind, move your body and feed it with the most nutritious home-grown food the land can produce. We'll charge up with the rising sun every morning with a Vinyasa flow and set as it does with Yin in the evenings.
Everything about this retreat will be natural, how we move, eat, sleep and spread our bare feet in the ground. It'll be the ideal way to reset, escape the hustle and bustle and remind ourselves there is beauty all around. Spring time in Italy is truly magical, full of colour and life so may we bask in it’s splendour together and leave with fresh pasta in our hearts and bellies.
Check-in to the venue is anytime from 3.30pm. The first Yin yoga class will be on Sunday 7th May (arrival day) at 5.30pm with dinner to follow at 6.45pm.
Check out by 10.30am on 12th May after our morning Vinyasa practice and breakfast.
