About The Retreat

Bringing to you a 'Return to Nature' yoga retreat on the West Coast of Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Are you looking to take a step back from your busy lives, switch off and be at one with nature? If so then this retreat is for you. The retreat will offer energising morning flows and grounding yin/ restorative Yoga for the evenings, guided Meditation, Breathwork and Journalling, delicious homemade vegetarian food, a chance to swim in the ocean, beautiful wild walks around the island and the chance to see some wonderful wildlife. The retreat is being held at Wild Luing with 7 stunning self-contained cabins, all en suite overlooking the ocean. We will be doing yoga in Wild Luing’s observatory, so you can enjoy your morning and evening yoga classes with a spectacular backdrop. Your host Violet has run a number of retreats in the UK as well as further afield in Morocco and also taught all over the world. This retreat is open to all levels including beginners, her classes always have variations for those wanting to go deeper, or take a slightly lighter class. Morning classes will be a warming Vinyasa Flow or Hatha class and afternoon classes will be Yin or Restorative Yoga. Should you want to join a class to see how she teaches, she teaches in both London and Wiltshire, as well as have online videos we can share with you ahead of the retreat.

I joined Violet's retreat in Morocco and it was amazing, I wish it could have lasted longer! Her classes are playful, fun, grounding and calming, I felt so safe in her hands on the mat. I can't wait to join the next!
